– The new iPhone 12 s are finally official. We can put the leaks to rest. And there’s a lot to cover. What’s up chaps, Saf now on SuperSaf TV. And unfortunately, I’mnot in Cupertino this year because of the COVID situation. But there’s a lot ofinformation to cover and I’m going to try to give youeverything you need to know about the new iPhone 12 s, SuperSaf style, summarized in one place, to hopefully help you a decisionof which one to pre-order. So, as we considered, there arefour brand-new iPhones this year.We were expecting three, the heirs to last years iPhones. But this year we also havea very small iPhone 12 Mini. There’s an iPhone 12, an iPhone 12 Pro, as well as an iPhone 12 Pro Max. Now this is great thatwe have so many alternatives but it also might conclude that decision even more confusing foryou, of which one to go for. But hey, don’t worry. That’s what I’m here for, that’s what Saf’s here for. I’m going to breakeverything down for you. And hopefully following the adjournment of this video, you’ll know which one to go for.Right, so initially, let’slook at the exposes. The bezels have now become smaller compared to what we had last year. So you are getting a higherscreen-to-body ratio. We still have that notch. And no, there is no 120 Hertz display, like some rumors weresuggesting earlier on. They are 60 Hertz displays, but we do have somesignificant improvements, particularly for the iPhone 12 as well as the iPhone 12 Mini. All exhibitions now OLED flaunts. Gone is LCD. And they all likewise have a high resolution. So we’re looking at around4 60 to 470 PPI pixel density. That simply means detailsare going to be very sharp. Now taking a deeper look into this. It does look like the iPhone1 2 Pro and the 12 Pro Max do have slightly brighter flaunts. The meridian brightness is 800 nits, and then all of them go up to 1200 nits when you are viewing HDR content. But when you are viewing regular content, the iPhone 12 and the 12 Mini will only be able to go up to 625 nits. So time a small detailthat I did notice there. And of course, we’ve got the differences in the lengths of the exhibitions. So we do have a 5.4 inchdisplay on the Mini. And then on the 12 and the 12 Pro, the exhibitions are actuallyexactly the same size around 6.1 inches. And the iPhone 12 Pro Max is the largest, at around 6.7 inches. Now you might be thinking that, okay, these devices aregoing to be quite big-hearted because of the larger screen sizes. However, Apple has said that because of the smaller bezel sizes, the manoeuvres are generallyaround the same size. In fact, the iPhone 12 and the iPhone 12 Pro are exactly the same sizein terms of aspects. And the iPhone 12 Pro is a same immensity to the iPhone 11 Pro last year. And the iPhone 12 is actuallya lot smaller, lighter than the iPhone 11 that we had last year. Now, although the iPhone 12 and 12 Pro are roughly about the same size, the iPhone 12 Pro does weigh more. And that is because youhave a stainless steel enclose for the Pro and the Max. And on the Mini as well as on the 12, you do have an aluminum make. Nonetheless, when it comes to the glass we actually have the sameglass across the board. This is what Apple calledthe ceramic shield glass. And, from what Apple are claiming this is the toughest glass onany smartphone out right now. And it improves dropperformance by up to four times. Now, I’m not going to be somebody who’s going to be testingthis out with droop tests. But from what we’re insure, this looks very impressive. For the emblazons, the 12 and the 12 Mini come in a pitch-black, a white-hot, a Product Red, a green, and a blue-blooded, and for the Pro and Pro Max, we’ve got a silver, graphite, amber, as well as a Pacific blue, which I was just really liking the seek of. All inventions or likewise IP68water and dust resistant. But they actually much more resistant to watercompared to other maneuvers. Generally, most smartphones out there, have about a two meter rating underwater. But the new iPhones can goup to six rhythms underwater, which is also very impressive. Now the iPhone 12 Mini is very small. It’s actually smallercompared to the iPhone SE, and it simply weighs around 133 grams, which is very light. And this represents it the smallest, lightest, and thinnest 5G smartphone in the world. And that introduces us onto the next percentage. Yes, all of these devicesdo support 5G technology. So Apple is now to intervene in the 5G scoot. If “youre in” a 5G enabled neighborhood you’ll be able to takeadvantage of very fast fasts. And the more 5G reels outacross the coming months, the more you’ll be able to take advantage of those very high speeds. And speaking of speed, then there powered by theApple A1 4 Bionic chip. Now, Apple are claiming that this is the fastestchip on any smartphone. It is the world’s first chipset that is based on a five nanometer process. I’m not going to go intotoo many technical details. But essentially, these thingsare going to be super fast. And, on the Android side of things, it is going to get verycompetitive because the A1 4, from what we’reseen, is a powerhouse. Now let’s move on to the cameras where there are plenty of little gaps and I’m going to try to summarize them in the best way that I can.So the iPhone 12 and the 12 Mini have exactly the same cameras. We’ve got a dual 12 megapixel camera setup. So we’re looking at a primary camera with a wider f/ 1.6 opening. So you are going to beable to let in more glowing. This should improve low light photography. And then you of coursehave the ultra wide camera. The brand-new thing this year, nonetheless, is that you can use nightmode across the primary, the ultra white-hot as wellas the selfie camera, which is quite interesting. And this was somethingthat I did feedback on, on the iPhone 11 s , not having night mode inthe ultra-wide camera, did mean that was really not that usable when you wanted tocapture low-grade flame scenes with the ultra wide. So it’s great to see theApple has now bought this to the iPhone 12 s. Now the iPhone 12 Pro and the 12 Pro Max. So, we’ve got triple camera set ups, but they are actually quite different. All 12 megapixels, the primary camera again, F 1.6 aperture, but the Pro Max does havea larger sized sensor. So you’re going to be able tocapture more light on the Pro Max which is going to give youbetter low-pitched sunrise act. Not exclusively that, the Pro Max also has sensor shifting optical epitome stabilization. So generally, forstabilization on a smartphone the lens is what’s going to be moving to compensate for any shake. But on the 12 Pro Max, the sensor is actuallygoing to be shaking, which should give youimproved stabilization for likeness and video and Icannot wait to test this out. Now, both machines also of coursehave the ultra wide camera. And then we have a telephoto camera. Now, again, there is a discrepancy with the telephoto cameras. The iPhone 12 Pro hastwo times optical zoom. The 12 Pro Max has two anda half periods visual zoom.So Apple is not going for the crazy zoom that we’re examining fromsome of the tournament, which, I’m kind of glad for because Apple seems to be concentratingmore on sketches. Around two to two and a half times is where you get the optimalportrait performance. I think that’s what Apple is aiming for. Now, a new featurethat’s going to be coming to the Pro maneuvers as well, which I personally am super energized about, is Apple ProRAW. So this will be theability to save RAW likeness. I’m not going to go too technical now, but it’s not the same ascapturing normal RAW images. So if you are taking a shoton a professional camera, you will generally shoot RAW, which will give you amuch bigger file size. But it will give you a lot moreflexibility to revise in upright. You can do muches more with that, rather than a small size JPEG. Now with Apple ProRAW, it’sactually going to apply a lot of the computational photography, So all of the supernatural that happens when you take a shot on automaticon an iPhone, for example, where it’s taking variou shots and combining them into one, it’s going to do that in RAW. So not only are you going to have great looking images straight away, it’s going to give you a lot more scope to revise those epitomes later on as well. This is going to be coming later on. It’s not going to becoming straight away but it’s something that I’mpersonally super ran about. The Pro simulates of the iPhonesalso have a LiDAR scanner. This is basically going to measure depth. And it’s going to be really useful for AR, but likewise for low-pitched lightportrait photography. So it’s going to be able to map the extent and be able to blur the background even if you do not have as much ignited. So this is something that once again I am superlooking forward to testing. Now, the improvements don’t stop there. We’ve also got someimprovements for video. The iPhones will be the firstsmartphones in the world to be able to record in4K HDR with Dolby Vision. So we’re going to come stupefying video. I imply, you guys have heardme say many times before, that iPhones have the bestvideo on any smartphone. And this is just going to get better. From what I can see, the iPhone 12 s will also support this but at up to 30 makes a second, whereas the prom frameworks will support this at up to 60 encloses a second. And they’ll too be the first smartphones where you’re going to be able to edit 4K HDR Dolby Vision footageright on the smartphones, thanks to the A1 4 Bionic chip. Now, of course, guys, as soon as I’ve got thenew iPhones in hand, I am going to be doing lots of SuperSaf style camera likeness. So if you want to see those first, then be sure to subscribeand touched that buzzer icon. That mode you won’t missany of that coverage. Now let’s move onto a new feature that’s on all of the brand-new iPhones. And that is MagSafe. And this looks very cool. So, Apple has now integratedmagnets to the brand-new iPhone. And this is going to mean a few things. Firstly, you will beable to have accessories which are just going to snapon, thanks to those magnets. But also wireless blaming. When you’re normallyon a wireless charger, it’s happened to me before as well. If you’ve not aligned it properly, sometimes you’re not goingto come that full cost. With the MagSafe technology, it’s going to snap right into residence to give you the optimal cost. And that onto charging. All of the phones dosupport Qi wireless charge up to 7.5 Watts regularly. But if you do use aMagSafe compatible invention, where it’s going to be able to snap on and get the optimal attack, you will be able to get up to 15 Watts fast wireless bill, which is great, and 20 Watt charging is supportedacross all of the iPhones. However, it’s a bit of a catch here. The brand-new iPhones do not comewith a charger out of the box and neither do they comewith EarPods out of the box. So these are now going to be donewith and all you’re going to get is the smartphone, some paperwork, as well as a lightningto USB character C cable. Now, we wish Apple had justgone with USB-C to USB-C and that would havemade things considerably better. Apple is saying thereason for this is that most people previously havechargers and earphones at home anyway. So by including them in the box, they just kind of stay there, and they get a lottowards carbon emissions.Apple is saying by removing these, they’re going to be saving around 2 million metric tons ofcarbon emissions yearly, which is around, is it 450,000 cars get them off the roads, pretty much. So that’s very impressive. If “youre asking me”, personally, I don’t mind. I got a lot of chargers. I generally time usewireless blaming regardles and I have wireless AirPods. So I don’t really haveto worry about this, but I know I don’t speak for everybody. Definitely let me knowin the comments below what you think about this. This is also going to mean that the boxes are going to be a lotsmaller, a lot more compact. So, clearly when it comesto transporting them across, you know, flights and things, they are going to take a lot less infinite. Now, space accompanies usnicely onto the storage. That was a good change but regardless. Anyway, so the iPhone 12 and the iPhone 12 Mini start at 64 gigabytes. You do have 128, 256 optionsas well at higher prices. The iPhone 12 Pro on the Pro Max do now get doubled the basi storage at 128. So I’m emphatically gladthat they’ve got that because 64, particularly with all of the potential 4K videothat you’re going to be log will definitely not be enough. And then they do go all theway up to 512 gigabytes. And ultimately, let’s look at the price. So the iPhone 12 Minidoes starts at the bottom, started at the bottom? No regardles, $699 or pounds, $799 or pound for the iPhone 12. And then you are looking at $ 1,000 for the iPhone 12 Pro and1, 100 for the 12 Pro Max. And when can you gethold of the new iPhones? Well, the handout is actuallya little bit floundered. So, the iPhone 12 and the iPhone 12 Pro will be coming out first. So you can pre-order themfrom the 16 th of October and they will releaseon the 23 rd of October. For the iPhone 12 Mini aswell as the iPhone 12 Pro Max, they are actually going tobe coming out in November. You can pre-order from the 6th of November and they will be releasingon the 13 th of November. So you’re going to haveto wait a little while for those machines. And that is everythingabout the brand-new iPhone 12 summarized as best as I can in one locate. What do you guys think of the brand-new iPhones? Which one would you be going for? Do drop me a comment belowand let me know your thoughts. I hope you experienced this summary. I tried to cover asmuch item as possible. If you did and you want tosee more content like this, then be sure to subscribeand punched that bell icon, so you don’t miss any more. And a thumbs up as always woulddefinitely be appreciated. Thanks for watching. This is Saf on SuperSaf TV, and I’ll see you next time.( upbeat music ).
